This Queueing System integrated to the Business Licensing Information System offers a structured and digital way to manage new and continuing applications. It begins with a user-friendly interface where applicants can get a queue number for new applications or search their reference number for continuing ones. The system tracks each stage of the licensing process, Registration/Verification, Assessment, Payment, and Releasing, displaying the current queue number and assigned window. Additional sections show live updates from various city departments like the City Health Office, CPDO, and CENRO. The layout helps streamline foot traffic, reduce wait times, and improve service transparency by guiding applicants through each step efficiently.
